This position is responsible for the execution of innovative experiential solutions for digital, integrated and cross-channel initiatives. These initiatives can include: large and small websites, online advertising, mobile advertising and applications, social media marketing and application, game development and emerging/new technologies.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
* 2+ years front-end development experience
* Degree from a four-year school or program or proven equivalent experience
* Good experience in HTML, CSS, and front-end development technologies and techniques (JavaScript Frameworks, XML, PHP)
* Thorough understanding of architecture and optimization of web-based applications
* Sharp attention to detail and writing clean, readable, reusable code
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
* An awareness of the social culture and understanding of the implementation procedures and techniques
* Agency experience a plus
* Mobile development a plus
Responsibilities:
* Complete projects a with high level of aesthetics while maintaining maximized usability and functionality
* Code clearly and maintain consistency; code well documented with minimal bugs and errors
* See projects through to completion
* Work closely with Copywriters, UI/UX Designers, Visual Designers, Videographers, Creative Directors, Project Management and Core Development, as well as Traditional Creative Teams to execute on digital and cross-channel projects with excellence
